Abstract: The main purpose of this Thesis is to characterize the consumption of chocolate in Colombia and France. We will use the Deductive Method that will begin with the study of general secondary information underlying the theme of chocolate and in particular for each country. And we will end with the implementation of the Quantitative Survey Method willing to obtain primary information in detail about the consumption of chocolate for both countries.
Description: El principal propósito de esta Tesis de Grado es caracterizar el consumo del chocolate en Colombia y Francia. Se utilizará el método deductivo, el cual partirá del estudio de información secundaria general subyacente del tema del chocolate y en particular para cada país. Y terminará con la implementación del método cuantitativo de la encuesta para obtener información primaria en mayor detalle acerca del consumo de chocolate en ambos países.
