RESUMEN: Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de un prototipo de sistema de soporte para la detección temprana de errores en la medicación en entornos hospitalarios. El sistema utiliza modelos computacionales y datos de los pacientes para identificar potenciales errores en la prescripción y administración de medicamentos. La arquitectura modular del sistema incluye módulos para la gestión de reportes, notificación de errores, y una interfaz web accesible para usuarios autorizados. Mediante herramientas de machine learning y tecnologías modernas como ASP.NET Core, MongoDB y RabbitMQ, se logra una solución escalable que mejora la seguridad del paciente y optimiza el flujo de trabajo hospitalario. Los resultados muestran que el prototipo no solo reduce el tiempo de revisión, sino que también permite el reentrenamiento continue de los modelos, adaptándose a nuevas necesidades clínicas.

ABSTRACT: This paper presents the development of a prototype support system for early detection of medication errors in hospital settings. The system uses computational models and patient data to identify potential errors in prescribing and administering medications. The modular architecture of the system includes modules for report management, error notification and a web interface accessible to authorized users. Using machine learning tools and modern technologies such as ASP.NET Core, MondoDB and RabbitMQ, a scalable solution that improves patient safety and optimizes hospital workflow is achieved. The results indicate that the prototype not only reduces review time, but also allows for continuous retraining of models, adapting to new clinical needs.
