RESUMEN: Se propone un sistema de información contable que le permita a la Fundación Ximena Rico Llano realizar un presupuesto por centro de costos. Así podrán determinar los diferentes costos por niño en cada programa. El objetivo del proyecto es darle herramientas a la Fundación para tener una sostenibilidad financiera que le permita poder expandir su cobertura, optimizando recursos. En el proyecto se identifican los diferentes centros de costos y sus respectivas características, se migrara el presupuesto actual a un presupuesto que este desagregado en los centros de costos mencionados anteriormente. Para el mejor entendimiento y utilización del mismo se plantean diferentes herramientas para facilitar la toma de decisiones por parte la administración y la junta directiva.

ABSTRACT: The purpose with this project is to give tools to the administration, which help to achieve the main objective to expand their covertures and optimize resources. It will begin with the migration of their actual system of accounting into a costing based on activities. Each activity will belong to one of their programs with the children. After the project is finished, the administration and the board of directors have information to disaggregate the cost of each kid, depending on which program they belong. Also it will give tools that help to plan their marketing schedule and investments program more accurate with their cash needs throughout the year.
