RESUMEN: En el presente informe de trabajo de grado se analiza la posibilidad de crear una Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado para prestar servicios de jardinería; esta propuesta nace tomando en cuenta los intereses y necesidades de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, y los intereses, las necesidades, las capacitaciones y la experiencia laboral de las personas de las veredas que pertenecen a la Zona 12: Vereda Pantanillo, Vereda Perico, Vereda Las Palmas. Para esto se estudia la nueva legislación que rige este tipo de cooperativas así como la legislación que rige todas las cooperativas, además se revisa la estructura organizacional con las funciones de cada una de las directivas.

ABSTRACT: The possibility of creating a Cooperative of Associated Work was analyzed; the idea is to provide the service of gardening, taking into account the interests and necessities of the School of Engineering of Antioquia and the interests, necessities, qualifications and the labor experience of the people of the paths that belong to the 12 Zone: Path Pantanillo, Path Perico and Path The Palms. The new legislation that governs this type of cooperatives was studied, as well as the legislation that governs all the cooperatives; in addition structure of the organization was reviewed with the functions of each one of the directives.
