Actually there are no basics alignments that gives those companies the complete orientation in the creation of a virtual sales point. For that reason, this work offers a guide of specific and structured recommendations for the companies on the field of textile and manufacturing in Colombia that are thinking about implementing a virtual sales point, so they will know which are the main points and elements to consider during its development. It is important to say that this guide of recommendations does not pretend to be the only formula that guaranties the success of a virtual point of sales, because it depends on the target of the business and how the companies adapt these recommendations to their needs.
