ABSTRACT: we extend the algebras combining U(1) and external symmetries as inprevious works, for the case with internal SU(2)xU(1) and external symmetries in two stages: Lorentz extension, and then non-contracted and contracted Poincaré extension. Casimir elements and representations in differential operators are determined. Models with local symmetry are constructed for Lorentz and Poincaré symmetry extensions.
