ABSTRACT: The objective of this paper is to present the structure of a hybrid system for the Operations Management that integrate the Toyota Production System (wrong called ]ust in Time) and Ihe Theory of Constraints, based in a detailed and deep study of this. The investigaton begin with a analysis of the historic evolution of the production systems, and present a detailed study of the structure of the Toyota production System and The Theory of Constraints, and finauy present the structure of hybrid System. The hybrid System is conformed by three components, a Logistic component —whose object is define the most suitable production system for the coordination of the chain supp/y-, a operative component —whose goal is define the too/s that are neccesary for the developement of a manufacturing system that combine the quick response with the ski//s for detect and solver the problems in the shop fioor. And finaily a performance measuring component —whose object is to verify the organization performance, by means of efective ejecution of the operationviii
