Abstract

RESUMEN: La Corporación Instituto de Capacitación Los Álamos, es una institución de beneficio social, autónoma, sin ánimo de lucro, que busca capacitar a las personas con discapacidades cognitivas, brindándoles un espacio de educación y recreación por medio de diferentes programas. Desde hace algunos años, la Institución ha venido cambiando la forma de gerenciar, pasando de una gestión fundamentalmente solidaria a un enfoque más administrativo. De esta manera y con el objetivo de administrar y controlar adecuadamente los recursos, se hace necesario el conocimiento de los costos individuales de los servicios que presta. Asimismo, el deseo de administrar el instituto con una visión más integral, llevó a la dirección a preocuparse por las condiciones de riesgos y seguridad que se tienen en el establecimiento y las medidas que se deben tomar. Por medio de este trabajo, se logró establecer una estructura de costos que permite calcular y controlar los costos de cada programa en un determinado periodo. Igualmente, se orientó y apoyó al personal encargado de las actividades necesarias para la evaluación de riesgos y prevención de desastres. Finalmente, como propuesta, se elaboró un programa en Visual Basic que permite calcular instantáneamente el costo de un usuario de un programa definido en un periodo determinado.

ABSTRACT: The Capacitance Institute - Los Alamos is an institution of autonomous, social benefit without spint of gain, which seeks fo qualify people with cognitive disabilities by offenng them a space of education and recreation through different programs. For sorne years the institution has changed the form of managing, frorn a fundamentally supportive management to a more administrative focus. The necessary knowledge of the individual costs of the services that the institution lends is done in this manner with the objective to administer and to have adequate control on the resources. Likewise, the desire fo administer the institute with a more integral vision, carried out in the direction taking into account the conditions of risks and security that the establishment has and the measures that should be taken. Through this work a structure of costs was established that permits the calculation and control of the costs of each program in a determined period. Likewise the responsible personal was oriented and supported for the necessary activities for the evaluation of risks and prevention of disa sters. Finally, like in the proposal a program was devised in Visual Basic that instantly permits the calculation of the cost of a user of a defined program in a specific penod.
