Abstract

RESUMEN

Este trabajo presenta un plan de gestión de acero en obra donde se dan recomendaciones para optimizar su recepción, transporte, almacenamiento, selección y distribución con el fin de disminuir costos y tiempos durante la construcción de cualquier proyecto. Esto basándose en la observación de los procedimientos ejecutados en diferentes obras de la ciudad de Medellín, y en el estudio de teorías de logística, lean manufacturiong y lean construction las cuales dan recordaciones para el almacenamiento y el manejo de materiales en las diferentes industrias y específicamente en la industria de la construcción.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a management plan for steel in construction where recommendations are given for effective and optimal management during the reception, transportation, storage, sorting and distribution process. This will aid to reduce cost and time during construction of any project based on the observation of the procedures performed in different constructions in the city of Medellin, along with the study of theory of logistics, lean manufacturing and lean construction which give recommendations for the storage and handling of materials in various industries, with focus on the construction industry.
