dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: Este proyecto busca evaluar la viabilidad de implementar un portal inmobiliario innovador, que combine tecnologías avanzadas de IA con un diseño centrado en el usuario. Este portal no solo permitirá realizar búsquedas más precisas y personalizadas, sino que también reducirá los costos y simplificará los procesos de comercialización. Así, se pretende beneficiar tanto a los usuarios, quienes tendrán acceso a una experiencia más amigable y efectiva, como a las empresas inmobiliarias, que podrán incrementar su alcance y relevancia en un mercado altamente competitivo. Inicialmente, el enfoque estará en las principales ciudades de Colombia, donde la demanda inmobiliaria y el uso de tecnología están en constante crecimiento, marcando una oportunidad clara para la disrupción y mejora del sector.	spa
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: In Colombia, the real estate market faces multiple challenges that affect both buyers and sellers, limiting the efficiency and effectiveness of transactions. Traditional property search engines have various drawbacks, such as limited, irrelevant, or outdated results, unintuitive interfaces, and an overload of advertising that makes it difficult to identify suitable options. This creates a frustrating experience for users, who don’t always manage to make informed decisions when choosing a property to buy or rent. That’s why, with the following work, we explore the feasibility of launching a real estate portal that solves this problem by helping people find their next home with a much faster, friendlier, and more efficient experience. We look at the product improvements that need to be made, what different players in the market are currently saying, and how they perceive the current state of the problem. In parallel with this work, the product itself is being developed and the company is being created, so the results and research presented here are not based on speculation or secondary information, but rather on our own findings, goals, and product.	eng
