This document presents a business plan for growing and marketing of Hass avocados at the farm "Las Delicias" located in El Santuario, Antioquia. To develop the business plan, the document begins with the factors analysis of macro and competitive environment; all these in order to find the critical factors of success for the business and since them, define the business model and strategies in terms of market; from the definition of the business model is performed a technical-operational analysis of the project, organizational and legal analysis, the financial analysis that indicates the profitability of the business then analyzes the environmental and social impacts to finally design an implementation plan for the project.

El trabajo presenta un plan de negocio para el cultivo y comercialización de aguacate Hass en la finca “Las Delicias” ubicada en El Santuario, Antioquia. Para el desarrollo del plan de negocio se comienza analizando los factores del macro ambiente y el ambiente competitivo; estos con el fin de hallar los factores críticos de éxito del negocio y a partir de ellos definir el modelo de negocio y las estrategias en cuanto al mercado; a partir de la definición del modelo de negocio se realiza un análisis técnico operativo del proyecto, un análisis organizacional y legal, el estudio financiero que nos indica la rentabilidad del negocio y luego se analizan los impactos ambientales y sociales para finalmente diseñar un plan de implementación para el proyecto.
