dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: La elaboración del proyecto surge de la necesidad detectada en Compañía Nacional de Chocolates ante una insuficiencia de indicadores logísticos que permitieran medir toda la gestión operativa de la empresa. Ante esta necesidad, se elaboro una investigación bibliográfica y de campo, en donde se visitaron empresas reales Colombianas fuertes en cada parte del proceso logístico para investigar que indicadores proponen los académicos y cuales tienen implementados las empresas. Por último, se procedió a realizar una propuesta de indicadores basados en el conocimiento profundo de la operación logística de Compañía Nacional de Chocolates y en toda la investigación teórico-practica realizada.	spa
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: The elaboration of the project arose from the need detected in the Compañía Nacional de Chocolates, due to an insufficiency of logistic indicators that would permit the measurement of all the operative management of the company. With this need, a bibliographic and field investigation was elaborated, in which several real Colombian companies were visited, all of which are strong in each stage of the logistic process, to investigate what indicators are proposed by academicians and which are implemented by the companies. Finally, a proposal of indicators was made, based on the in–depth knowledge of the logistic operation of Compañía Nacional de Chocolates and in the entire theoretical– practical investigation carried out.	eng
