dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: En el último siglo, la caficultura se ha categorizado como una de las actividades de mayor importancia en el desarrollo económico del país, por lo que es de vital importancia mantener su producción, calidad y generar diversificación en el sector. Así mismo, el suroeste antioqueño es una de las regiones con mayor producción cafetera del país, generando grandes cantidades de empleo, potencializando esta actividad económica y creando desarrollo para los caficultores. En el presente trabajo se analizó la viabilidad de un modelo de negocio experiencial en una finca cafetera del suroeste antioqueño, con el objetivo de vender al consumidor una experiencia autentica y única, donde se tenga la posibilidad de crear un acercamiento con todo el proceso del café; desde su siembra en el almacigo, hasta su recolección, proceso de secado, tostión y finalmente degustación con diferentes aromas, “del grano a la taza”, disfrutando de los hermosos paisajes que ofrece el suroeste antioqueño. Igualmente, se quiere brindar un apoyo a los caficultores y en general a la región; disminuyendo la brecha social existente, generando recursos para los habitantes de la zona y sectores aledaños, ofreciendo ingresos extra para los caficultores, generando valor, permitiendo diversificación del sector y brindando conciencia a los productores en las diferentes áreas. Durante el análisis de la viabilidad fue posible realizar una segmentación de mercado, determinar las actividades a ofertar, posible demanda y precios; a partir de esto se pudieron platear diferentes escenarios que permitieron determinar la excelente rentabilidad del negocio, el impacto positivo y disminución de brecha social que podría generar para los habitantes de la zona y en general del suroeste antioqueño.spa
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: Over the last century, coffee growing has been categorized as one of the most important activities in the economic development of the country, so it is of vital importance to maintain its production, quality and generate diversification in the sector. Likewise, the southwest of Antioquia is one of the regions with the highest coffee production in the country, generating large amounts of employment, promoting this economic activity and creating economic development for coffee growers. In the present work, an analysis of the viability of an experiential business model in a coffee farm in southwestern Antioquia was conducted, with the aim of selling the consumer an authentic and unique experience, where there is the possibility to have an approach with the complete coffee process; from its sowing in the warehouse, to its harvesting, drying process, roasting and finally tasting with different aromas, "from grain to cup", while enjoying the beautiful landscapes that the Antioquian southwest offers. Likewise, it is intended to provide support to coffee growers and the region in general; reducing the existing social gap, generating resources for the inhabitants of the area and neighboring sectors, offering extra income for coffee growers, generating value, allowing diversification of the sector and raising awareness among producers in different areas. During the feasibility assestment, a market segmentation was made, as well as a determination of the activities to offer, the possible demand and the prices; on this basis, different scenarios were able to be set, allowing the determination of the outstanding profitability of the business, the positive impact and reduction of the social gap that it could generate for the inhabitants of the area and in general of the southwest of Antioquiaeng
