dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: La Corporación Social Josema es una corporación jurídica de derecho privado sin ánimo de lucro, creada en septiembre de 1996 por algunos padres de familia del colegio José Maria Berrio, los cuales buscaban un mejoramiento en las condiciones educativas de sus hijos. Luego se vio la posibilidad no solo de aportar al colegio sino también de ayudar a las personas menos favorecidas de la vereda Maria Auxiliadora del municipio de Sabaneta lugar en el cual se encuentra ubicado el colegio actualmente. Esta labor ha tenido tanto éxito que la Corporación destina un 68% de los ingresos mensuales que actualmente recibe por aportes de padres de familia al proyecto social Josema. En la actualidad La Corporación trabaja en equipo con el colegio y el proyecto social para sacar adelante todos los proyectos que tengan, teniendo en cuenta que los ingresos de la corporación son recaudados por aportes voluntarios que realizan los padres de familia del colegio. Los alumnos del grado décimo del colegio han sido un apoyo fundamental para el proyecto social ya que realizan su trabajo de alfabetización exigido por el Estado, trabajando con los niños en diversas áreas como enseñándoles química, inglés, práctica de deporte etc. Las estrategias de planeación estratégica, publicidad, y el plan de fidelización diseñadas en este proyecto han sido un aporte fundamental para la Corporación y serán herramientas importantes para su fortalecimiento a través del tiempo.	spa
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: La Corporación Social Josema It is a legal corporation of private right without spirit of gain, created in September of 1996 by some parents and family of the school José Maria Berrio, which they sought an improvement in the educational conditions of their children. Then the not alone possibility was seen to contribute al school but also to help the people less favored of the path Maria Auxiliadora of the municipality of Sabaneta place in which is found located the school at present. This work has had so much success that the Corporation destines a 68% of the monthly incomes that at present receives for contribute of parents of family al social project Josema. Currently The Corporation works in team with the school and the Proyecto Social Josema to remove ahead all the projects that have, keeping in mind that the incomes of the corporation are collected for contribute volunteers that carry out the parents of family of the school. The students of the tenth degree of the school have been a fundamental support for the social project since they carry out its work of teaching literacy required by the state, working with the children in diverse areas as teaching them chemistry, english, practices of sport etc. The strategies of strategic planning, publicity, and the plan of fidelizacion designed in this project they have been a contribute fundamental for the Corporation and will be important tools for the strengthening of the same one through the time.	eng
