ABSTRACT: Fundación Infantil Santiago Corazón is a non-profit private organization. The foundation´s objective is to help children and new born babies who suffer from any heart disease by collaborating with the economic resources to pay for the interventions, surgeries, medicines, treatments and attentions that they require to be able to continue living. Day after day the foundation has focused its efforts in obtaining resources from many different sources to be able to invest money in projects that will end up in new possibilities of preserving children´s lives. In despite of the source that the foundation wishes to use, national or international, to obtain a donation they need to supply information about the project, about the benefits that the project will bring to the community and many others. With the purpose of visualizing the projects in a clear way, besides having all of the important information that the different cooperators demand, the present work focuses on developing a document that allows the Foundation to learn about the application of the Logical Framework Approach, which is a methodology used worldwide to plan, to design and to evaluate projects, specially when it concerns a social purpose.

RESUMEN: La Fundación Infantil Santiago Corazón es una entidad privada sin ánimo de lucro dedicada a ayudar a niños, niñas y bebés que padecen alguna cardiopatía, colaborándoles y facilitándoles los recursos económicos para poder acceder a las intervenciones, cirugías, medicamentos, tratamientos y atenciones que requieren para poder seguir viviendo. Las fundaciones continuamente centran sus esfuerzos en proyectos específicos para los cuales requieren obtener recursos de diferentes fuentes, así mismo cada fuente bien sea de carácter nacional o internacional exige diferentes requisitos y documentos. Con el fin de visualizar de manera clara los proyectos, además de tener a la mano y con precisión la información que exigen los diferentes cooperantes; el proyecto se enfoca en elaborar un documento que le permita a la Fundación aplicar el Enfoque del Marco Lógico, el cual es una metodología ampliamente utilizada para planificar, diseñar y evaluar proyectos.
