Increasingly, this leads to the manufacturers who are part of the sector to optimize their chain of supply, leaning between many variables, of reliable suppliers that offer a product of high quality and provide an excellent service. With these justifications, in this work the strategies were identified and enunciated so that Esencias Británicas Ltd, an import and distributing company of fragrance, becomes one of the most competitive suppliers of raw materials of the sector. Strategies like the flexibility as much in prices as in minimum sizes of order, segmentation of clients, emphasis in good post sale service and technical support, opportunity in the days of delivery, commitment with environment and the benefit of a human and honest service are the main guides that are recommended to implement to Esencias Británicas to fulfill the high requirements of the clients of the sector. This strategic planning is vital for the company. Thanks to this, Esencias Británicas can generate a differentiation related to its competitors, making innovating and productive decisions, which allow drowing up goals, to grow and to stay in the market.
