Publicación Acceso abierto Caracterización de los consumidores por nivel socioeconómico del canal tradicional en la ciudad de Medellín(Universidad EIA, 2013) Agudelo Giraldo, Carolina; Orozco Vásquez, Carolina; Espinosa Ortega, NataliaIn this research we present the characterization of consumers by socioeconomic level they belong, when they attend the traditional channel, specifically in neighborhood shops and mini markets in the city of Medellin, identifying the purchasing behavior of consumers such as the criteria that influence this decision, such as: place, price, promotion and frequency, and identifies the reasons why consumers flock to local shops and mini markets, and identifies strategies that can be implemented both neighborhood shops and mini markets and their suppliers to increase their market penetration for each socioeconomic level.
