    In Colombia, specifically in Antioquia, there is not any evaluation method for relating the real strength and individual muscle activation in exercises intended to develop strength, improve training planning and control, with the characteristic of giving valuable information for monitoring the rehabilitation of high performance athletes. For this reason we set a goal to develop a comprehensive assessment protocol to quantify muscle activity and record the magnitude of the force in the bench press and squat exercises.
