    The content of this document is a business plan for a producer and trade enterprise of cider in the Aburrá Valley. In the development of this work the entrepreneurial team first made a macroeconomic analysis, in which environmental variables that could influence the project were defined and studied, then the competitive environment was analyzed in which the negotiation power of competitors, customers, suppliers, and otherswas defined. Following this a market study was conducted based on surveys and panel groups as it was proposed in the methodology, obtaining the average expected demand for the first year of the project start up.
