Subsequently, the flow chart of both primary and support processes was built, indicating each of the activities involved in this process. Additionally, the fact sheet was developed to each process, which among other things includes the indicators to be continually measured, reviewed and monitored.
Finally, it provides a financial structure consistent with the operation of the property and proposes the continuous implementation of certain tools to improve the management and therefore productivity of the farm such as the establishment of a schedule of activities, the design of general and specific levels jobs, the implementation of financial incentives, training and improvements in working condition.
