This undergraduate project presents a prepayment model of automotive maintenance services for the company SURA. The main objective is to structure a form that enable customers to pay for the services of automotive maintenance with the frequency they want, ensuring they will get the necessary services for their cars for lower prices. This model seeks to increase sales of car insurances for the company, looking for a sustainable and continuous growth, and a stay in the market. Also contribute to the growth of the economy of the country. It also seeks that if the preventive maintenance is given for low prices, more people will do it, reducing the risk of accidents caused by mechanical failures. As part of the company’s strategy, is expected that if the model is feasible and can be implemented, clients will notice the added value that it gives them. The quantitative and qualitative results of this undergraduate project are based on information obtained through various sources such as: customer surveys, mechanical experts’ surveys, interviews to market research experts, interviews to company employees, and interaction with common people who have knowledge of the subject of the project.
