The process of implementation of a norm of quality management, because the levels of the organization
are involved, is a process, from the point of view of the administration of companies, very complex and,
therefore, it is necessary to identify its conditions and impacts. It is tried then to study these impacts, but from the
perception of the middle level of these organizations. The middle level has been selected to consider itself the
one that in last instance receives all the responsibility to implement the norm; the more valuable technological
resources are located in it, they constitute the essence of the service that sell this type of companies.
