dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: En Colombia, y de manera específica en Medellín, no se cuenta con herramientas suficientemente desarrolladas para ayudar y optimizar la selección y detección de talento (Samuel Villamarín Menza, 2010), generando una problemática a las organizaciones o a cualquier otro entorno en el cual, seleccionar personal, sea tarea clave. Dada la poca confiabilidad y subjetividad que tienen las pruebas y herramientas utilizadas actualmente para realizar el proceso de selección de talento hoy en día, en este trabajo se propone una alternativa diferente para la selección de talento utilizando inteligencia artificial. La metodología implementada para el desarrollo de este trabajo es investigativa. Para la construcción de la propuesta se recolectó información primaria y secundaria sobre el estado del uso de tecnología en la selección de talento en la ciudad, se exploraron las necesidades del mercado local y se plantearon nuevos modelos innovadores e inventivos. La evaluación de la propuesta se centró principalmente en la viabilidad técnica del modelo planteado.spa
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: In Colombia, specifically in the city of Medellin, there are not enough profiling tools developed to optimize the long and hard process of talent selection and detection, thus, it creates unneeded problems for organizations or any other figure subject to detection of talent or selection of candidates. Given the lack of confidence and the level of subjectivity there is towards the talent selection tools available nowadays, with this research it's intended to understand and uncover new alternatives to select and profile candidates using AI or other forms of technology as it`s means. The methodology proposed for the development of this paper will consist fully in research activities guided towards the amplification of the knowledge and the construction of a solid base for an accurate and grounded suggestion of a new alternative. With this in mind, the research’s objective is to gather as much data as possible to strongly fundament a newly proposed alternative for the selection of talent in Medellin based on the market needs, using not only international models prompted in different markets and adapting them to the local needs, yet complementing them with innovative and inventive characteristics proposed by the author. Each and every alternative proposed will be backed up with a superficial viability analysis evaluating the technical aspect primarily.eng
