RESUMEN: este trabajo presenta un prototipo de página web para el manejo de agenda de empresas del sector de servicios. Inicialmente se presenta la necesidad actual y se acota el público objetivo de esta aplicación, se presenta el objetivo general junto con los objetivos específicos y se muestran algunos antecedentes y productos existentes. Posteriormente se tiene un marco teórico que permite ver a profundidad algunos de los temas o términos utilizados en este trabajo de grado. Luego de esto se explica la metodología aplicada junto a los entregables. Después se muestran los resultados de cada uno de los entregables y se realiza un análisis de estos. En la estructura del documento primero se muestran los requisitos del sistema, se dividen en requisitos de empresa y requisitos de usuario. Segundo se muestran los diagramas UML que permiten graficar las actividades que pueden realizar los distintos actores en el sistema. Tercero se encuentran las pantallas y los mockups que contienen inspiración para el diseño del front de la aplicación. Cuarto se encuentra el modelo de datos simplificados que contiene el diseño de la base de datos, de las entidades, sus atributos y relaciones. Quinto se detalla la arquitectura que se utilizo para el diseño e implementación de este software, seguido de una demostración del prototipo funcional. Por ultimo se encuentra un caso de prueba hipotético con su solución en la plataforma. Finalmente, se concluye sobre la viabilidad de este sistema, la arquitectura utilizada y los conocimientos adquiridos. También se discuten recomendaciones para mejorar este producto en el futuro.

ABSTRACT: this paper presents a prototype of a web page for managing the agenda of companies in the service sector. Initially the current need is exposed and the target audience of this application is delimited, the general objective is presented along with the specific objectives and some background and existing products are shown. Subsequently, there is a theoretical framework that allows to see in depth some of the topics or terms used in this degree work. After this, the methodology applied is explained together with the deliverables. Then the results of each of the deliverables are shown and an analysis of these is made. First, the requirements to be met by the system are shown, divided into business requirements and user requirements. Second, the UML diagrams are shown, which allow graphing the activities that can be performed by the different actors in the system. Third are the screens and mockups that contain inspiration for the design of the front end of the application. Fourth is the simplified data model that contains the design of the database, the entities, their attributes and relationships. Fifth, the architecture used for the design and implementation of this software is detailed, followed by a demonstration of the functional prototype. Finally, there is a hypothetical test case with its solution in the platform. Finally, we conclude on the viability of this system, the architecture used and the knowledge acquired. Recommendations for improving this product in the future are also discussed.
