dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: Este proyecto consiste en el estudio de factibilidad de LOGÍSTICA PARA PYMES, una empresa dedicada a apoyar la gestión empresarial a partir de la optimización de la cadena logística por medio de asesoría. La idea de crear una empresa dedicada a ofrecer asesoría logística a las pequeñas y medianas empresas surge al combinar dos aspectos identificados a lo largo de la carrera de ingeniería industrial: La necesidad que tienen las pymes de dar un giro a su gestión para lograr mayor competitividad y los beneficios que trae para las empresas la optimización de su cadena logística. A largo del trabajo se describe claramente los resultados obtenidos del análisis realizado en cada una de las etapas que conforman una evaluación de proyectos como son el estudio de mercados, la evaluación técnica, estudio económico y la evaluación económica. A partir del estudio de mercados se pudo identificar las falencias logísticas en las pymes, la necesidad que tienen de optimizar su cadena logística y la incapacidad que tiene el mercado para satisfacer esta demanda. La evaluación económica basada en los resultados del estudio de mercados, estudio técnico y el estudio económico revela que es conveniente crear una empresa de este tipo. Además, aspectos como el segmento de mercado y el portafolio de servicios integral con el que fue estructurado la empresa aseguran el éxito LOGÍSTICA PARA PYMES en el medio actual.	spa
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: This project consist in the study of the Logistica para Pymes, an company dedicate to lean the management step since the optimistic of the supply chain by the consultant. The idea of create an company dedicate to after logical consult to the little and middle company appears in combine two aspects identify during the career Indus trial engineer: The necessity that have the pymes of give a turn to his step for obtain mayor competition and the benefits that bring to the companys the optimistic of his supply chain. During this work is describe clearly the result obtain of the analysis done in each of the stages that conform an evaluation of the projects like are the study of the stock-market, the technical evaluation, economic study and the economic evaluation. Since the study of markets it can be identify the logical faults in the pymes, the necessity that have of optimize it’s supply chain and the incapacity that have the marketing for satisfy this demand. The economic evaluation based in the results of the study of the marketing, technical study reveals that is convenient create a company of this stage. More over, aspect like the marketing of segments and the briefcase of integral services, with was structured the company insure the success LOGISTICA PARA PYMES in the actual medium.	eng
