| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: La búsqueda de un negocio para empezar un desarrollo en emprendimiento, generó la inquietud de posibles opciones a desarrollar; es allí donde una planta de Metasilicato de Sodio mostró una posibilidad. La investigación comercial tomó parte esencial del inicio del proyecto, para establecer y confirmar la veracidad de aquellos supuestos preliminares. Esta investigación, mostró la posibilidad de ingresar al medio de los desengrasantes industriales un producto nuevo, con características buscadas por el cliente y a un precio competitivo. El lugar para esta inserción fue el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá, y bajo la estructura comercial de una empresa unipersonal. Una vez definido el mercado potencial, la estructuración del proceso productivo y todo lo que esto demanda es el siguiente paso. Allí se plantea los requerimientos para soportar el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial. Ya con las condiciones técnicas del proceso productivo, se pasa a definir la estructura administrativa, la cual está basada en personas que deben aprender a querer a la empresa y a dar cosas positivas para el bien común, buscando perfiles idóneos para los cargos que la empresa requiere. Teniendo ya el soporte del negocio, se hace necesario pasar al análisis económico, buscando así fomentar la idea de las bondades del plan de negocio. Por ultimo este trabajo presenta conclusiones, recomendaciones y anexos que pueden sustentar el contenido presentado durante todo el plan de negocio. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The search of a business to begin a development in entrepreneurs, generated the restlessness of possible options to develop, is there where a plant of Metasilicate de Sodium, showed a possibility. Everything began with the ideal of a Plan of Businesses, based on supposed that the means had given, although without concrete information. The commercial investigation took essential part from the beginning of the project, to establish and to confirm the veracity of those preliminary assumptions. This investigation, showed the possibility of entering the field of industrial degreasers, a new product, with characteristics looked for by the client and a competitive price. The place for this insertion, the Metropolitan Area of the Valley of Aburrá, and under the commercial structure of a unipersonal company. Once defined the potential market, the structuring of the productive process and everything what this demand is the following step. There one considers the requirements to support the development of the commercial strategy. Already with the specifications of the productive process, one goes to define the administrative structure, which this cradle in people who must learn to want to the company and to give positive things for the communal property, looking for suitable profiles for the positions that the company requires. Already having the support of the business, one becomes necessary to happen to the economic analysis, thus looking for to foment the idea of kindness of the business plan. This work presents annexed conclusions, recommendations and that they can sustain to the content presented throughout the business plan. | spa |
