dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo de grado se propone un plan de negocio para una empresa dedicada al desarrollo de una aplicación para relojes inteligentes que permita medir el desempeño de tenistas, tomando como oportunidad de éxito la acogida que actualmente se está presenciando en los relojes inteligentes por la comunidad de deportistas en el mundo. Se ha identificado que el mercado requiere de una aplicación que incentive la compra del dispositivo, aprovechado la oferta de las capacidades del reloj inteligente; esta aplicación permitirá evaluar varios aspectos del jugador de tenis mientras practica, brindándole retroalimentación para mejorar sus entrenamientos. Con los bajos costos que representan formalizar una empresa tecnológica de este tipo y su fácil y rápida expansión a nivel mundial se evidencia una excelente oportunidad de negocio, teniendo en cuenta el riesgo de que los usuarios no adopten esta tecnología o simplemente no les interese; hay otro punto a favor y es el poco posicionamiento que tienen los competidores actuales, que podría ser una gran ventaja para cuando la aplicación planteada en este trabajo de grado se desarrolle. La apuesta que ha venido haciendo el gobierno los últimos años en cuanto a este tipo de compañías y la constante aparición de nuevos inversionistas ángeles en la región, son una clara evidencia de que en Colombia se quiere incentivar el desarrollo de más compañías tecnológicas para superar las diferentes barreras de entrada que hay en otros mercados.spa
dc.description.abstractIn this work, a business plan was proposed for a company dedicated to the development of an application for smart watches that measures the performance of tennis players, trying to take advantage of the opportunity of success and the reception that is being witnessed with the smart watches by the community of athletes in the world. It has been identified that the market needs an application that encourages the purchase of the device, that is why it has in this project we have taken advantage of the capabilities of the smart watch and found a market in which an application can be very useful, as is in tennis, this application will allow you to evaluate various aspects of the tennis player while practicing and giving you feedback to improve your workouts. With the low costs of formalizing a technological company of this type and its easy and rapid expansion in the world, it is an excellent business opportunity, but it has a huge risk considering the possibility that users do not adopt this technology or simply is not interesting for them, a point in favor it is the little positioning that have the current competitors in the market, could be a good advantage by the time this application is developed. The government's commitment in recent years in this type of business and the constant appearance of new angel investors in the region are clear evidence that in Colombia it is wanted to encourage the development of more technology companies to overcome the different barriers of entry that exist in other markets.eng
