For this specific case of DISTRIBUIDORA TROPICANA S.A.S, one of this aspects to improve and become an advantage is because the transport process currently lacks a clear and specific tools that allows you to optimize resources, is then where is the need to assess audience analyze and propose a way to work. For the development of this work it was necessary to understand the different and function and departments of the company and the industry in order to have a knowledge that would allow us to identify areas for improvement.
