    ABSTRACT: The degree of work entitled "MOTION FOR CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY RESTAURANT" Triad BAR", based on the strategic management," aims to develop a plan for certifying the quality of its implementation and in structuring the administrative tools and procedures that enable compliance with the industry standard Colombian NTS-USNA 008 inside the restaurant Bar Triada". In implementing the research plan, consisting of seven stages, within which are three audits, pilot testing and development of documentation of the system of quality management, resulted in an organized plan to start the certification process, including by a manual of procedures and documents for verification of compliance with industry standard mentioned previously. The investigation was the result of six months of work, in which the company Triada Bar, became a rich source of information.
