    This article presents a theoretical approach that shows the systems thinking as a methodological tool for the analysis of problems. We discuss how the technique is widely used in different scientific areas, nevertheless in several times is unknown the systems thinking practical tools in operative’s scopes. The theoretical approach proposed, depicts some systems thinking tools that are used for the comprehension, modeling and resolution of complex problems.
