    Through the following project a general analysis will be done about the current condition of the new entrepreneurs in the Aburrá valley, specifically those in the area of Sabaneta, contacted through the “Sabaneta Aprende y Emprende” program. These entrepreneurs are recognized, in their vast majority, by their need to work independently, as well as for their high technical knowledge, and known for their low administrative capacities. It is also visible in new entrepreneurs, their rush to obtain utilities immediately, and in the process neglect important points as team work, leadership, and communication. On the other hand they have their motivation and a low aversion towards failure going for them.
