To determinate the regulatory shortcomings was performed a systematic review to documents related to current regulatory standards in the quality use of medical technology, and also was developed a study to identify the current difficulties in the interpretation and implementation of general standards raised to industrial metrology and carried to metrological activities in medical equipment.
