(Christian Ernesto)This paper presents a multicriteria methodology for supplier selection framed in a certification process with the approach of ISO 9001:2000 standard, using fuzzy QFD as a tool for decision making. The model takes into account the needs and expectations of the buyer and considers as a fundamental element of the process the knowledge that the company has about has both about the materials and processes, and candidate suppliers to be selected. This model was applied in a manufacturing company in Colombia.
