    Mineroil de Colombia S.A is a Colombian company dedicated to the manufacture of lubricants. During the recent years, the company has been going through a period of financial crisis. Despite the fact that the past year the company has experienced improvements in the results, they need to make a renewal process to ensure permanence. Using the theory of constraints model can generate high-impact changes without incurring into high costs. This will generate an impact on the different processes, which is reflected in more sales, global efficiency and more money.
