    This work begins understanding how the process of HIRING TOOLS AND CONTRUCTION EQUIMENT works in a small company, process that requires to be systematized. First it is necessary to make a deep analysis, looking for current and prone opportunities that the process can present. All the opportunities have to be implemented in a new process that is going to be designed with the help of the whole staff of the company, where each one must to contribute with ideas for his own area. It is indispensable to systematize a process, which could consider the company’s plans at least 4 years in advance. It is the average life time for a software or SI.

    The vast majority of companies in our country, not to go further, do not have a well defined document management plan, as they are not aware on the one hand the savings that could have and on the other the environmental care, a topic in which we should all contribute. Through the study in the advertising company, Gómez Chica, reflected the reality that could be found in almost any Colombian company no matter its size. The mentality of many employers is based on achieving earnings to carry out the activities for which your company was formed, what they do best, and do not put much attention to effects related to some activities that are affecting not only the usefulness but good operation of their businesses.
