    As a first step in the transition from Social Projection towards Social Responsibility, the EIA decided to develop a diagnosis of the rural settlements surrounding the new university campus (Las Palmas, Perico, Pantanillo), in order to be aware of their necessities and propose productive projects to generate a positive impact on the community.
