Publicación Acceso abierto Plan de mercadeo para la marca moda Antioquia de la Corporación Antioquia Mía(Universidad EIA, 2009) Melo Estrada, Maria Patricia; Monsalve Arteaga, María Camila; Márquez Godoy, José IgnacioABSTRACT: Poverty is one of the main causes of millions of people world-wide lacking of basic human needs, and that‟s the reason why non-profit organizations exist, trying to aid people in such situation. “Antioquia Mía” is one of these organizations, which invest its resources in projects seeking welfare for childhood in Antioquia. It is not simple to finance programs in order to aid the whole population who needs it; so many projects are focused in the growth of “Moda Antioquia”, the propietary clothing brand of the organization. “Moda Antioquia” is a brand by which “Antioquia Mía” earns money to be spent in social causes, such as education and recreation of Antioquia childhood, by building environmental children parks in different counties. In order to keep helping children, financial resources are needed, and for obtain those financial resources “Moda Antioquia” sells its own shirts and bags collection. A market research is required in order to build strategies for positioning the brand and for supporting growth plans.
