The paper begins with a comparison of the methods utilized by a national chain store and concepts of outsourcing with globally common practices. Finally, based on the theory investigated and the information gained from the observation of company practices, it designs a proposal of a guide document to present offers of logistics operations with its own aspects, requirements, and methods of evaluation.
