Then explanations were provided for its application. It is worth mentioning that while studying the ISO 9001 normativity we found a normativity named GLOBALG.A.P that is based on ISO 9001 but its focus is on the agricultural sector. The GLOBALG.A.P standard permits to establish requirements with which an agricultural enterprise has to comply in order get access to certification. At the same time a survey was carried out in several companies in order to know and understand their main processes and their level of documentation.
