    The objective of this graduation Project is to develop a Balanced Scorecard for a company focused on freight transport by road. After some research it was decided to do it for a company called Coordinadora de Tanques S.A.S., which is dedicated to the transport of liquid load mainly in the Colombian territory. In order to develop the BSC it was necessary to analyze the current Mission, Vision and Values statements and main aspects of the Strategic Planning of the enterprise. Besides the assessment of the way they measure the execution of their Strategy and Indicators was also necessary. Also the main processes had to be identified and described; flow charts were developed for everyone. All these steps facilitated the final development of the BSC.
