    ABSTRACT: the overall objective of this project is to develop a business plan for the implementation of a company providing services tercerizacin operational in the city of Medellin. BPO & O (Business Process Outsourcing & Off shoring) have great potential growth, not only in Colombia but throughout the world. Once includes the previous situation and after analyzing several options is particularly the business of buying and selling currency in Colombia do not have any type of services outsourcing to meet this business operation that emanates, and that despite being the financial institutions who directly are assuming the best intentions, is both for themselves and customers a headache.
