    The Marketing like a functional area of the organization have a context that to do think in it like practice discipline overall, centered in results and in the decision making governed by the empiric rules. In this article is done a reflection about this, due to that is the area in that resting the company responsibilities in sales and the knowledge that is a discipline of the management that has a theorist context based in principles obtained by means of scientific research and the cases study that allow to build strategies with a solid focus, guaranteeing concrete results to the companies. Ignore this could be dangerous to the surviving of the company.

    The sectorial work require to feed the economic and social forces with updated and reliable information to orient the focus and making of decisions. The observatories, which work like information management centers, are a proposal that keep the consolidation the efforts inside of organizations from the public-private order that guarantee the sector development. In the text are presented functions, organizational structure, reports, services and the way to do the things which have to take into account organizations like the observatory to satisfy the regional and local needs that can have in the tourism sector.

    El Riesgo del endeudamiento: La Crisis de la Deuda Soberana y posibles implicaciones

    Due to the global financial crisis unleashed between 2007 and 2008 and which quickly spread to the real sector, many governments did come out to rescue banks, significantly increasing their debt levels and, in particular, debt sovereign. Thus, many countries have reached unsustainable levels of debt, so that central banks injected liquidity to markets and expanded its balance sheet to buy assets of countries and companies in crisis, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of financial system. That is why in this article provides an analysis of the levels of borrowing countries as a result of this process, and presents a series of reflections about the impacts and the consequences that these may have in the short and medium term, especially in predicting the magnitude of these impacts.
