    A dynamic, adaptable and sustainable proposal for the cost efficient application of an inventory system adjusted to the particularity of the enterprise. Achieve an evaluation of the actual situation, being specially critical in the over costs of the prime material, the sub products and the products retained along the supply chain, with this the expected achievement is a detailed vision of the need of reprogramming, not only of the production but also of the dispatch to sell points, watching closely the dynamics of the inventory in all the nods of the logistical structure of the company; having obtained the complete information concerning the actual situation of the company, create some proposals directed to the development of the company’s strengths in the management of: the inventory in all the company’s warehouses, the transportation costs between warehouses, the especial orders cost for supplying no-programmed items, the utility losses for obsolescence and the standardization of the orders from the sell points to the factory, adjusting the orders to the prognostics and estimations of the demand.
