(Jose Ignacio)The sectorial work require to feed the economic and social forces with updated and reliable information to orient the focus and making of decisions. The observatories, which work like information management centers, are a proposal that keep the consolidation the efforts inside of organizations from the public-private order that guarantee the sector development. In the text are presented functions, organizational structure, reports, services and the way to do the things which have to take into account organizations like the observatory to satisfy the regional and local needs that can have in the tourism sector.
