Currently they’re experiencing as their main problem excess and exhausted in the inventory. From the need to manage them, raises the aim or objective of this project, the design of a model for improving inventory management for Internacional de Llantas. This, in order to reduce excesses, the exhausted, to improve the level of service and minimize costs.
