Therefore it should be underlined the importance of new technologies in meeting these objectives that have revolutionized the way companies develop their marketing strategies to reach customers. Although it has become necessary to have access to ICT (Information and communication technologies), those are more prevalent in the big companies than in SME (Small and medium enterprises), because their management capacity and investment allows them. By the above it was found the need to identify some opportunities for the application of ICT in the marketing strategies of SME with e-commerce included in their distribution channels. For the achievement of this aim begins a field work with experts in technologies of Information and Communication, for this 8 depth interviews were made to determine which ICT might apply the SME in his marketing strategies and which are some factors that prevent that nowadays they apply them or if they use them, that they do it correctly.
