    This graduation project has exploratory and conclusive information about how companies that are part of Health Sector in Valle de Aburrá conceive Value Creation, identify their most important stakeholders and measure it. Besides that, it analyzes the importance of Value Creation, why in some cases it is not implemented and what would companies like to do in order to improve the competitiveness of the industry.

    It is the purpose of this research, emphasize in how the conditioning of the help have been historically presented in the foreign aid process and how in the Colombian case, they represent an opportunity to the United States government to maintain its influence in the political, social and economic issues inside the country.
