There was an investigation into the actions performed by clubs from the marketing department to approach their fans and earn additional income to increase profitability. This was achieved through a series of interviews with officials from the marketing area of the survey teams and fans to get information about actions by institutions to approach them, as well as know their tastes and preferences.
