The problem addressed is part of the development of the Energy 2030 program, in the project associated with electromobility. As an alternative for land mobility, the hybridization of Street-type motorcycles, the most common in the Colombian market, is proposed through the implementation of a kit that, by adding additional components, allows the use of sources of electric and combustion power, the effect that the inclusion of kit items can have on the stability of the motorcycle. The methodology used goes through the identification of the motorcycle, the case studies, and the search of the literature to know the important parameters. Then the information is recorded to implement the mathematical models related to stability indicators, such as the position of the center of mass, geometric proportions, among others. Afterwards, the results of the models in the modified motorcycle are compared to the values and ranges defined in the literature, and thus be able to indicate if the motorcycle is in a stable range. The results of the application of the mathematical models show that with the inclusion of the elements to adapt the motorcycle to hybrid operation, the motorcycle is directionally stable, but it affects the weight distribution and increases the possibility of performing a Wheelie during starting.
