Este trabajo tuvo una parte práctica y otra de análisis y soluciones de los problemas encontrados en tal entidad. El trabajo práctico consistió en la revisión de diseños estructurales y diferentes proyectos de vivienda, atención a la comunidad, visitas a las obras que se estaban ejecutando en el municipio, en el transcurso de estas actividades encontramos deficiencias y con base en ellas decidimos realizar un proceso de estandarización y normatizacion de los procesos que se realizan en esta oficina. El proceso de normatizacion y estandarización consistió en la realización de formatos para los trámites de legalización, revisión, licencia y solicitud para construcción; un manual de procedimiento para la oficina, plegables informativos para la comunidad con el fin de cubrir las principales inquietudes que la gente poseía y las recomendaciones a seguir para que la Subsecretaría de Gestión Urbanística del Municipio de La Estrella se destaque por su servicio.ABSTRACT: In the following report are giving the results obtained in our social work carried out in the Municipality of La Estrella in the undersecretaryship of Urban development management during the period of April 2003 to November of the same year. This task had a practice part and another of analysis of solutions to the problems found in such an entity. The practical work consisted of the revision of the structural projects, attention to the community, visits to the construction sites that were being executed in the municipality, in the course of these activities we found deficiencies and with those we decide to carry out a process of standardization and normalization in the processes that are carried out in the office. This normalization and standardization process consisted on the realization of formats for the legalization processes, revision, licenses and application for construction.
